Java Florist and Cafe offers it's catering services to groups and events that range in size and scope from small intimate gatherings to larger parties of 200 or more. From Breakfast meetings to Luncheons, Afternoon Tea or Evening events Java Florist & Cafe can do it all. Owner, Sue Flynn and her husband Gary have catered events in private homes, offices and historic locations in the United States and England. They have years of experience working in locations that require creativity and care. They look forward to using that experience and talent to make your event one to remember. Appetizers and Entrees

*Beef Duxelle Wellington:*	Beef tenderloin medallions with shitake and oyster mushroom cream duxelle, seasoned with shallots, thyme and garlic in flaky puff pastry
*Whiskey Sausage:*	Succulent slices of kielbasa in a special homemade sauce made with whiskey.
*Corsican Meatballs:*	Delicately browned in a spicy red sauce.
*Franks in Puff Pastry:*	All beef Vienna cocktail franks blanketed in a buttery-soft, flaky, pastry.
*Large Shrimp:*	Appetizingly placed on a fresh pineapple.
*Baked Brie:*	With escalloped apples served in a phyllo cup.
*Duck Black Bean Quesadilla:*	Mini quesadilla stuffed with black beans, duck and cheese mixture.
*Asparagus in Phyllo with Cheese:*	Phyllo dough wrapped around a seasoned crispy asparagus, asiago and fontina cheese.
*Spinach Cheese Crostini:*	A petite pizza crust topped with garden vegetables including spinach, tomatoes, onions and oyster mushrooms then accented with goat cheese.
*Chicken and Pineapple on Skewers:*	Two Pieces of skinless, boneless grade A chicken breast with juicy chunks of pineapple and sweet and sour sauce all on a 4" bamboo skewer.
*Stuffed Tomatoes:*	Filled delicately with our gourmet chicken salad.
*Chicken Wings:*	Offered with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing.
*Deviled Egg Delight:*	Our special recipe topped with different delicacies.
*Tray of assorted cheeses with crackers:*	Includes 5 different cheeses and crackers.
*Fruit Medley:*	Tropical fruit adorned with nuts and chocolates.
*Finger Sandwiches:*	Filled with our favorite salads: Tuna, Chicken, Pimento Cheese and Egg.
*Party Meat Mini Sandwiches:*	Filled with ham, turkey, roast beef and assorted cheeses.
*Mozzarella Cheese Sticks:*	Covered with Italian-style coating ready for delicate dipping in our very own sauce.
*Mini Egg Rolls:*	Filled with fresh vegetables, pork and zesty spices.

Desserts

*Chocolate Bits:*	Soaked in Amaretto or Tia Maria layered with cherries and whipped cream.
*Chocolate Mousse:*	Served in an edible chocolate shell drizzled with raspberry.
*Chocolate Cake:*	Drizzled with raspberry or chocolate sauce.
*Lemon Cake:*	Drizzled with raspberry sauce.
*Baklava:*	A rich, sweet pastry made of layers of filo pastry filled with chopped nuts and sweetened with syrup or honey.
*Tiramisu:*	Made of ladyfingers (Italian: savoiardi) dipped in coffee, layered with a whipped mixture of egg yolks and mascarpone, and flavored with liquor and cocoa.
*Chocolate Eclairs:*	Delicious pastries.
